Happy International Women’s Day

Today we are joining people around the world in celebrating International Women’s Day! A significant day that recognizes the need for gender equality, celebrates women’s achievements and focuses on the steps that must continue in order to achieve gender parity.
The advancement of women is a cause that is, naturally, near and dear to our hearts. Our LiL Advisors stepped up to the 2021 #ChooseToChallenge theme, which asks us to raise our hands up high and show that we’re in; in for calling out gender bias, in for challenging stereotypes, and in for lifting women up and highlighting their achievements.
