COVID-19 has changed how we approach work and life in a dramatic way and the legal profession is no different. The landscape of legal work has shifted and is actively changing, from access to justice to courtroom practices. This Friday, October 16, the South Asian Bar Association of BC (SABABC) welcomes Rob Danhu, a highly respected criminal lawyer and co-founding partner of the Dhanu Dhaliwal Law Group who will discuss the impact of the pandemic on his own practice as well as the South Asian Bar in general. There will be a short Q&A session at the end of the hour long discussion titled “COVID-19, the South Asian Bar and the Changing Landscape of Law”, providing attendees the opportunity to learn from a lawyer of Dhanu’s experience.

This is a free event for current members of the SABABC ($10 for non-members) moderated by Director and previous LiL Guest Blogger, Raminder Hayre of Dolden Wallace Folick LLP. For more information contact info@sababc.com or click here.
