We are delighted to announce that Kim Jakeman, QC, co-founder of Life In Law and Harper Grey partner, has been awarded a 2021 Stronger Together Women in Law Leadership Award.

“I have worked closely with Kim Jakeman for many years and am endlessly in awe of her commitment to both the profession and her community”, says Rose Keith, QC.  “The creation of Life in Law is a shining example of Kim’s passion for diversity and equality within the legal profession and her commitment to expanding possibilities for women in law.”

The Stronger Together Award recognizes and applauds Kim’s outstanding dedication, creativity, initiative, achievement and contribution to our community.  In particular, it celebrates how she has demonstrated extraordinary leadership in causes which have positively impacted our community; how she has developed and promoted initiatives that contribute to the well-being and betterment of our community; and how she has blazed a trail in the areas of legal education/scholarship; equity, diversity and inclusion; and service through Pro Bono initiatives and service to other community organizations.
