LiL Advisor, Rose Keith QC, wrote an article that was featured in the April 2021 edition of CBA BC’s BarTalk titled, “The Impact of the #MeToo Movement on Labour and Employment”. In the article, Rose details the enormous strides made by the #MeToo movement and the subsequent changes we’ve seen reflected in the workplace when it comes to sexual harassment.
